It truly takes a village. It is imperative that FBISD is in constant communication with the members of the community. Our community is equally invested in the success of our students. We must collaborate to provide a quality education for our children. I believe that students feel that extra sense of support when the community is involved and present in their lives.

Our educators deserve continued professional development and support. In order to continue to attract and retain the top talent in FBISD, we must invest in our staff. This includes providing quality training and opportunities for educators to advance within FBISD. I believe in creating an environment where both student and teacher can thrive.

We must be advocates for the success of our students. I believe in equitable education for all students. As we navigate through the challenges of COVID-19, we must listen to the evolving needs of our students. Not only must we listen, we must ACT. By acting and advocating on behalf of our children, we are sowing into the success of their futures.
